Vesperio ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Vesperio mobile application.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before tracking your activity across apps and websites. You may allow or deny this request. If denied, ads will be shown without personalization. You can change this setting at any time in your iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Vesperio.

5. Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained according to the retention policies of Firebase (up to 14 months). Purchase records are retained by RevenueCat for as long as your account is active. Local device data (preferences, sleep sessions) remains on your device until you uninstall the app.

6. Children's Privacy

Vesperio is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at martin.drsm@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data. Our legal basis for processing analytics data is our legitimate interest in improving the app. Advertising is processed based on your consent (via the ATT or GDPR consent prompt).

California residents may opt out of the "sale" of personal information. Vesperio does not sell personal information. For advertising purposes, you may opt out of personalized ads by declining the ATT prompt or by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" in your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
