Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.
Where offered, a free trial period is available for new subscribers only. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
All content in Vesperio — including sounds, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Vesperio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Vesperio is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
Vesperio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Vesperio is intended for relaxation and focus purposes and is not a medical device or substitute for professional medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesperio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vesperio at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
